--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I lost my presets ( the presets and compositions are better in the SE 3.0 than the upgraded 3.5)! During upgrade, 3.5 requires that it remove 3.0. After noticing that my neat compositions in 3.0 were gone, I read in support that you have to first export the presets from 3.0 and then import then into 3.5. But you don't know this until after product is removed. Any ideas on where I can download a SE or trial of 3.0 just long enough to export those into 3.5. This is crazy.

I think Cool 3D 3.0 is just included as freeware with other applications such as VideoStudio. However have you looked at Ulead's website for the Free Goodies
http://www.ulead.com/cool3d/free.htm
There are several freebies you can download there. I don't know if those are the presets you are missing or not..
Where did you get Version 3.0? Did you purchase another program (VS) via ESD? If so the link for Cool3D 3.0 should be with the same email you recieved for that, or on the install CD as an extra bonus application.
