I installed the VideoStudio 9 yesterday and everything worked wonderfully. I am using a Dell Pentium 4 with 512 ram and lots of disk space, and two monitors. I was able to capture video and stills through the ADS DVD Express DX2 from my banalog camera. Could capture, print etc. Today (after system shutdown for the night) I can view and capture video with the ADS device, but Ulead will not load. I get the error message, "Cannot Initialize the application. Not enough colors in the video display device"
What could have changed???
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
Error after install and use

It was giving the error from either approach. However after turning the machine off for the night, it came up and works fine now. I am unsure what the reason might be. I suspect the screen saver or something that didn't release memory was still loaded. We also ran a virus check and I didn't get to see the results before shut down. (I'm helping a friend with this and so don't know what he did to start the problem.)
There are two video cards. One is a velocity 128, and the other is the standard card that Dell put in about two years ago. (I applolgize for the lack of info.)
As I said, it seems to be working fine for now, so if you can think of anything that could cause an error while loading the program, I would appreciate the info.
Thanks!
