PC turns off and restarts when trying to play video

Hi anyone, Help me please.
I am using Ulead video studio 8, all goes quite well [the odd prob now and then], but the prob I can't fix is that my PC TURNS OFF AND RESTARTS when playing back the project video. It is ok when Capturing video.
This has only started in the last 6/7 days and is a pain!
When i play video it happens after about 4/5 minuets.
Anyone else experience this prob???

Sounds like video drivers. Check to see if your Drivers are up to date.

Other possibilities include a overheating CPU (dead fan or dust bunnies), a weak or dying PSU, or bad RAM.

If it is the video drivers and you are getting a Blue Screen (even if just briefly), you can look in the Event Viewer to see the details of what happened.

Run MemTest86 and/or CPU Burn-In to stress-test your system and see if the restart happens under other conditions.
