Even more menu creation

So I have created chapter points throught the video. I have created a menu template with a background picture and a music selection. Now I am not sure how to link the chapters to the menu or to create my menu structure. The manual is a little sparse on info and I can't find a tutorial on this. Any help.

Main menu................. Intro , Awards, Party, Crowd

Awards sub menu....... Girls Singles , Girls Teams , Boy's Singles , Boy's T

Girls Singles menu...... Bantams , Juniors , Seniors

Boy's Singles menu..... Bantams , Juniors , Seniors

Girls Team menu........ Bantams , Juniors , Seniors
