Movie Factory 5 keeps on crashing

Hi All

New to this board so hello to you all.

I have recently read good reviews on movie factory 5 so I decided to download the trial version. Unfortunately I am unable to use the program on either my laptop or on my desktop both of which run xp service pack 2.

The problem I am having is that no matter what file type I import or what type of output file I am trying to setup as soon as I add chapter points and then try to proceed to the next stage the program states that a serious error has occured and shuts down.

This happens as I said no matter what computer I am using.I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem.
