Unable to manipulate menu place holders

Not sure if any one else has had this problem, I have full version of MF5
and am unable to move,resize or in any way change menu, place holders including any video thumb frames. When I first downloaded the trial version I had no problem moving or resizing, but once I downloaded the full version I can't.. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. I can right click and see the drag buttons etc...but when I drag, nothing happens, any help would be greatly appreciated. I do have over 3 years experience with DVD authoring and just recently did this upgrade from U leads MF 2, so I'm not a nubie {in fact I can probably help out with many of the issues /problems posted here}, just wondering if I'm missing something or if it's a glitch others might have had, thanks in advance, Jon

please disregard this post...it was a computer glitch, nothing wrong with the program, jon
