SmartScene menus

Post by devo_111111 »

I only seem to have one menu listed. The picture in the tutorial has 5 or 6. I have MF 4se as part of MSP 8. They are in that list. How can I get them into MF 5.

Steve... your working late.

Thanks.... Ian in Canada

Is it the 16x9 thing. There is only one menu in SmartScene for that?
Darn if it is.

Is your DVDMF 5 a legal version?

If so and if you purchased DVDMF online, check the download link mail from Ulead, it will give you some links to download extra menus and extra components of DVDMF 5.

As to transfer DVD menus from other Ulead products, you can refer to http://phpbb.ulead.com.tw/EN/viewtopic.php?t=13854

Absolutely it is a legal version. Oh! I also deleated my download email from Ulead. Darn.

You guys are costing me a fortune. First I buy MSP 7. Then I buy HDV upgrade. Then I buy MSP 8 upgrade. Waste of money on HDV upgrade. Then I buy WS 2. But it's old. So I buy MF 5. OK! Rant over.

I tried copying the files in the menu folders from MSP 8 to MF 5. I got it wrong however because I copied the settings file too, which I read in another post is the wrong thing to do. I'll try again later. But in the meantime MF 5 won't launch. So I system restore back to yesterday.

Now MF 5 will launch. I have 6 new menu's. But the SmartScene menu is gone. Figure that one out.

And guess what? The manual has a nice diagram about menu structure but then doesn't tell you how to set it up like that. Can you believe it, the manual is incomplete. Will wonders ever cease. Oop's! Got some more rant in there, sorry.

Crazy... Ian

So your DMF5 version is a download version, right?

If so, and you have lost the mail that has your payment information and download links, contact Element 5 at http://shop.element5.com/ccc/?languagei ... erid=50244 to ask for redownloading the software.

For more information, check the Ordering FAQ on Ulead website.
