Need analgue video capture driver

Post by tony gale »

I have been using Video studio 9 for several months.
Had a major crash which I have managed to recover apart from the Nvidia analogue capture driver.

I am going round and round in circles through the microsoft site, Nvidia site, Driver detective and can't find the correct driver.

I am using windows Xp with an Nvidia Geoforce 5600 card.

Can anyone help - I am about to throw my PC out of the window :)

All graphics card drivers for desktop pc's should come from N-vidia. It is no use using MS ones as they tend to be hopelessly out of date.

Erm... I wasn't offering you a copy - it's a campaign. workshop 3 doesnt exist yet :!:

Nvidia have a one for all driver. If you need a driver for the Nvidia Geoforce 5600 card. then it is the driver I mentioned

For further information please see:

Many thanks, tried your suggestions, dizzy from downloading! from N-vidia,
All connections proved ok, after clicking on capture >message still appears
EITHER NO VIDEO CAPTURE DRIVER ISINSTALLED IN THIS SYSTEM OR NO DEVICE IS CONNECTED.
Worked perfectly until pc had a full recovery, using original discs.
( Cybercom Pentium 4 3ghz, 512 mb graphics card, 256 memory, 120 gb hard drive)
As an aside! my SOUND Rescue Terratec pre-amp 2-0 does not work, message pops up.
No supported cd recording application could be found do you want to disable checking? On clicking YEs Microsoft send. don`t send pops up.
Apologies for misunderstanding re DVD Workshop. put it down to being a very old silver-surfer! methinks I nedd a new P.C.!
