Ulead Photo Express 6 problem DESPERATE!!!

Hello..New user here and I am having problem's opening Photo Express, I downloaded from web sight problem occured did uninstall downloaded 2nd time and the error message received (TWO BOXES POP-UP)1ST. box says:Error startinf program then underneith this "The Browse.DLL file is linked to missing export Kernel 32.DLL:Get File Size Ex.

Error Box #2:C:\Program Files\Ulead Systems\Ulead Photo Express 6\lpe.exe A device attached to the system is not functioning.

I also purchased Ulead Photo Express My Scrapbook 2.0 and this works fine. I will tell u as much as I know about my computer HP Pavilion Lap Top N5250, bought 5 years ago, never had problems (major)128 mg, I dont know what else u need to know to help me!! I really appreciate any help u can give me I am excited about using program !!! Thank you very Much...

Try the complete reinstall steps listed in http://phpbb.ulead.com.tw/EN/viewtopic. ... 5773#55773 and see if this works. To me it seems a installation corruption.
