Problems with MF5

Post by UleadKäufer »

Hi Guys, Im Fabian and I'm new here...

I just bought MF5 to create a own DVD Movie full of my own pictures and videos. But now I have a problem, when I add a video to the list and want to put a song on its background, the program crashes, whats wrong?
A pictureshow with songs is no problem.
And when I worked on one special video that already was i my list for the dvd, I cant save anymore!
I would be happy if anyone could help me...

Thanks..

Please tell us something about your file format, and how you captured it. The Read This First... post at the top of the forum tells you what we need to know in order to help you.

There's probably something wrong with one of your video files. Just because it plays OK does not mean it's OK. A tiny bit of corruption in an MPEG file can cause lots of trouble. DivX files seem to cause everybody trouble.

If your video files are DV format, audio is WAV, still pictures BMP or JPEG, you shouldn't have any probems.

As Doug said the file is probably corrupted in some way.
Where did the file originate from?

You need to:
1. Complete your system Specifications on your profile page.
2. Follow the directions outlined here:
