I don't know whether to post this as a new topic or not. After installing and uninstalling PI-11 about 10 times, (following all of the suggestions here), I tried it again tonight. IT LOADED. I was estatic. It seemed to work normal. I closed it and opened it again. Everything seemed normal. On the third try it did the same thing it has in the past. It got to U32aps32.dll and stopped. After about 30 seconds the screen disappears.
I am so frustrated. It works just fine on my computer at work.

Try the update pack in http://www.ulead.com/tech/pi/pi.htm and see if it fixes the issue.
If your PI is already v11.0.0.1 then you need to check conflicts in your system or contact Ulead Tech Support.

PI-11 Won't Load
Obviously you have never contacted PI support. I e-mailed them with my case # 10 days ago and have yet to receive a reply.

If you did submit the form already, have you got the auto-response e-mail from Ulead Tech Support? If you did not get the auto-response e-mail, then the support request is not been sent or not recieved successfully.
2. Do you use a free e-mail address in your Ulead profile or a paid e-mail address? Some free e-mail address might not recieve e-mails from Ulead.
3. Do you ever check with the trash box in your e-mail program? Some e-mail program will recognize Ulead tech support e-mails as spam so it will filter the mail to the trash box. If this is the case, configurate your e-mail program to skip the checking.
4. Some Internet service provider will filter their e-mail accounts with spam filters. Please check with your ISP to see if this is the case.
