Effect?

Hey guys I was just wondering if MSP 8.0 was able to do this effect.

I don't know what they call it but it's went somebody walks to the camera and punshes the screen and you see it like take the impact like a cube of jello. The image moves around and stuff. Or to get a video to bounce like to a bass beat.

Can someone explain to me how to do this? Thank you

It's the "Ripple" video filter.
