Photo Explorer Versions

I have been using PEX 8 for a number of years. I have just downloaded Movie Factory 5 which came with PEX8.5 but I see on this forum that there is a Version 8.6 of Photo Explorer. Yet on the Ulead site there is no mention of 8.6 and only 8.5 is available for download.

What is the difference 8.5/8.6? And does anyone know why 8.6 is not available from Ulead or why they supply 8.5 not 8.6 with MF5?
