animation data rate for dvd drive

my problem its the next

i have an architectural animation flytrought, about 5 minutes long, i make a dvd for a home dvd player and playing very good, this have a 7000 kbps,
when i playit in a computer dvd drive the animation make a little stops, in some parts, and my client dont want this, i need to do a dvd for computer dvd drive playing ok...some ideas?
