Hi!
I have JVC GR-D30E camera and I want to create DVD movie from data on tape, but i get error code (on the bottom).
Specifications:
= Camera is connected with: firewire (driver is ok)
= Operating system: Windows XP Professional
= Output format: DVD
= PAL
Error code: No capture driver is available in the system (13011:2:1)
What should I do to make this thing working?

Hi Helicom, and welcome to the forums..
1. What Program are you using? I suspect it to be DMF, since you posted in this forum. If so, what Version?
2. Are you able to capture video via firewire using another program? If so this narrows it down to a possible problem with DMF.
3.
Seriously though, are you able to go to My Computer and see your camcorder listed, when it is plugged in and turned on in Playback mode?
4. Have you tried changing the Capture Device Control? In DMF4, with your camcorder plugged-in and turned on, click on the Capture icon. Then select the Pull down arrow to the right of the "Free Hard disk Space...". Then you will see the Advanced Settings. Click on it to open a menu, and choose Select Device Control. This will open a dialogue box, that should show MS 1304 Device Control, which is the more common one. As you will notice there is a pull down menu, that will have more device control options available. However clicking on the options it should show your camcorder name. For example mine shows Sony..
You might try changing the device control to see if that works.
5. On the Advance Settings menu, you can also select Change Capture Plug-In. This should be one of Ulead DSW plug-ins.
Please fill in your system information in your profile. This will help us in troubleshooting your problems now, and in the future this information will already be available, so you will not have to re-type it.

Since you can not see it listed under My Computer, then DMF5 can not possibly see it. Your computer is not acknowledging that you have connected a device.
Try unplugging your firewire from your computer, then plug it back in. Of course do this with your Camcorder shut off. Once you have the cable plugged in, turn on your camcorder, in the Playback (VTR) mode. Do you get the acknowledgement tone and a pop-up box asking if you want to capture...? If not then there maybe a problem with the cable you are using. Do you have access to another firewire cable? If so try using another cable and see if windows recognizes your camcorder.

I've listed a lot of the usual checks to do here

run through them and report back with the answers and results of the testing.
