You have authored a DVD haven't you - menus and all that.
If you put the DVD in your DVD drive and look at what files are on it you should have two folders
Audio_TS
Video_TS

Inside Video_TS should be files ending VOB, IFO, BUP

Ignore the part about capturing from a TV - look at what to do once you have a video in MovieFactory.

Are you using a different computer for your video editing and DVD burning? If not, and according to your statement, you should not be running an internet connection, or any background programs that are not needed for editing or authoring.

According to your System information, you dont' have a computer, no wonder you're having difficulties...:) Please complete your system information in your profile. This helps us troubleshoot problems now, and in the future it will already be there, and you don't have to type it in again...:)

Thank you..
