tiled animation
Hi there, new here. This is a really great program. But I have a question. So I made a GIF, and it's small, only like 50 frames. But I want to make a tiled animation for a YTMND. For those of you who don't know what that is, it's a tiled image (or tiled looping GIF) with an accompanying looping sound clip. Here's an example of what I'm talking about.
However, with GIF Animator, all the actual images are in the top left hand corner of the canvas. This is a problem because when it's in a tiled format like in the link above, in the YTMND it appears as the image surrounded by a big black sqaure. So to try to fix that I click to resize the canvas, but it says it's the same size as the image, but the canvas is much bigger. I've also tried to move the image to the middle, resize the canvas so the image fits exactly in it, but still no luck. Any ideas? Thanks.

Yeah that's what it is.sjj1805 wrote:Looks like its a multiple window thing where all the windows display the same video. I don't think I will be creating one!
That doesn't seem to work, becuase resizing the image also increases the size of the canvas as well, proportionately. Besides, increasing the size of the image would increase the file size, forcing me to further reduce the color count, as the YTMND can only be a certain size. Any other ideas?Viking Animations wrote:Did you try resizing the image, not the canvas? Resizing the canvas will just give you more blank space around the image.

If that is the case, select Frame 1. Now select the corresponding Object in the Object Manager (it will have the eye icon in it). Now click "Edit, crop canvas." The canvas will be the same size as the image.
It may help to post your image so we can see it...
If that doesn't do it, try the YTMND site.
