OK...I CANT GET THIS WORKING!

Hi, I need some help, i am tryin to use Ulead DVD Movie factory to make a slideshow and burn it on a disc. But when total progress goes to 63% it says the burner is busy for another application and then driver is not ready! Then I go on the disc properties and then data add on and says
media status: Data add on not active.
What do I do?
