help please--gag reel

Hey I just finished my video and I'd like to make a gag reel to play along with my credits. I can get the video and everythig to work fine but my question is does anyone know where i can find that sound they play between outtakes in some movies? its kind of like a beep or something. Ive looked for it but i can't seem to find it or produce it. Thanks to anyone willing to help

The beep used in most TV outtake shows is just a sample of 'tone' that is used during the technical line up procedure before each recording. All the video tape recording devices used to record a tv show line up to color bars off the production switcher and tone off the audio mixer. The sound department at your local tv station could supply you with a few seconds of tone on a CD.
