I am using the new VS10 Plus for a involved DVD project. This project has several tracks, typically of photos and a song in WAV format each about 4-5 minutes in length.
In the pursuit of developing a track, about every 45 minutes, or 4-5 preview cycles, my disk drive begins to churn, and at the end of the churn, VS10 traps, and of course any unsaved changes are lost, even in the recovered project.
It has gotten to the point that I can almost predict when it is going to happen. It seems to be related to memory management or swap file operations, etc.
Anyone seen this? Is there any cure for it?

There are a couple of things you can do.
1. File preferences menu.
Check the [General] tab and there is a setting to save every xx minutes.
