uvpl.exe Error on computer startup

Hi, I'm a new Ulead Video Studio 10 plus user and have recently installed it on my pc. The problem is that when my computer starts up it says :

Visual Basic 6 Runtime Error, uvpl.exe has asked the runtime to terminate in an unusual way.

Wny idea whats causing this prob and how to fix it ?

Registry error. Uninstall VS, check your Registry for errors and then reinstall.
