Media studio Pro 7VE DVD Problems

Hi there guys I am new here and I need some help with my capture card or with my Media studio Pro 7VE DVD my problem is that aftyer downloading all drivers and software the capture configuration windows is faded and I cannot get in to configure it does anybody here have same problem or if someone can tell me what is wrong?

As always, we need to know what and how you are capturing, your settings etc. Please read the "Read before you post" thread and comply.

Thanks Devil for responding so quick I will try explaining the best I can ok.
Hardware is in , drivers are installed I open the capture window and I can see my video on my pc and sound but when I click on the menue at the top I click on capture menue all menues appear bellow faded apart from the manager video menue I want to configure capture Audio frames per second etc and menues are faded I cannot configure at all and unless I configure I can't capture anything if you don't understand me I can try through email later ok[/b]

Unless you tell us what you are trying to capture, how, the codecs used and settings, we cannot help you.
