There should be templates included with VS10 or 10 Plus. Are you saying you don't have any?

I know Ulead released fewer on these things with this version.

It is the trial version, includes 6 DVD menus. The activation is posible, but it wil not give mi more menus !?.
There is no link on the ULEAD website to Download them. So,....?

With the trial version you only get a few templates, enough to give you an idea of what the program can do.

You have to purchase the full version inorder to get all the templates. Which should be 5 Smartscene, 4 Text, and 5 Thumbnail menus.
