I'm having trouble burning a video file to DVD. Everytime I try, I get a command that says this:
Convert step got some problems!

Can any-one help me out?

You need to
1. Complete your system specifications on your profile page.
2. Tell us what software you are using as you've posted this to a "General Discussion" forum. You could be using videoStudio, MovieFactory, MediaStudio, Pictureshow or even someone elses software!
