Best rotoscoping program

Post by mainiacmargo »

I am trying to find a program for my 11 yr. old son to make lightsabers with rotoscoping. I have researched a lot of these though do not want to spend $100.00+. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance! :D

Hi Mainiacmargo, and welcome to the forums..:)

None that I'm aware of for less then $100. There are some good rotoscoping programs around, as you probably have discovered. One of them happens to be Ulead's Video Graphics Lab, Video Paint. Sorry to say that it costs $99, unless you purchase MSP8, then you can get VGL for about $29.

That's true, and just before MSP8 was released MSP7 could have been purchased for $99 through Ulead :o . I almost bought it then...

Now most of the adds that I've found for MSP7, offers it at prices exceeding what you can get MSP8.. :?
