Why don't menu's save?

I absolutely understand that it can take time to answer a technological question. However, when the person before me can get his answer in a day to THE SAME PROBLEM I HAD then I guess we can assume its not that much of a problem. I appreciate you standing up for tech support, but they are not my favorite people at the moment.

There was no need to make MsVikki wait 3 weeks for a fix from support or for me to download an unfixed version of the software last week.

I admire your support for Ulead's lack of competance - do they employ you?
