dvd movie factory 3 error 5012 modules are missing

Suddnely DVDMF3 has stated that required modules are missing please re-install missing modules, "error 5012" the resulting product has no ifo or bup files, the latest updates are installed and the burning engine updates as well, uninstalling and re-installing does not fix the problem, it only happens when creating a dvd from a multi trimmed project. no help on Uleads site

it seems it was the source file the file may have been corrupt .. most of my files come from my pvr winfast pvr2000 .. it seems that even the convert file did the same .. yet other files I have tried since donot
