lock/unlock??

One feature I got the most use out of in older versions of PI was the lock/unlock tab to resize an image on one side or another independent of keeping the aspect ratio. Stretch is what I'm after. I can't seem to find this tool on PI11. Is it there, or has it been eliminated?

Alright, this is weird. Now the lock/unlock tab is there. Is this the nature of PP11? I was using bucketfill, and the tabs for similarity and transparency are there, but they're not marked. I can't tell what they do. There seems to be issues for me using this version. Tools coming and going at will.

...off the hip...do you have latest GFX card drivers installed?
