problem with my registration and video filter

Post by artie »

hi there,

I have just purchase a ulead video studio 10 plus but not yet fully satisfied with its performance.

I have registered this product but anytime I access my registered product I am getting a notification that there's no product registered under my account eventhough I have the confirmation from ULEAD that they accept my registration. I try to contact ulead via e-mail but failed.

Anyway, my problem with video studio 10 is the video filter, this happen to me twice already. In the middle of editing my video the video filter folder went missing on the library. The only solution that i did so far is to uninstall and re-install the program.

please help me as I am in the middle of a big project at the moment.

Hi Artie,
Can't help you with the registration, but maybe with the disappearing filters if you are new to VS.

Each time you change an editing mode, the "library icons" you were working on will change also. As an example, you just place a filter onto your time line (you'll see the filter icons in the library) Then you insert an audio file (the filter icons will disappear & you will see your audio file icons) etc.....

If you are saying that the filters are gone, gone, from your pc then this is of no help.....
