Nature of the problem
ulead studio9 message* after -clicking-on capture .
*`either no video capture driver isi nstalled in this system or no device is connected.`
Bear in mind that my Ulead worked perfectly /prior to pc having a complete recovery,(after losing optical drives( yellow ! marks appeared next to drives in device manager.-drive drawers would not open

welcome to the forum.
I assume this is the same problem you posted yesterday.
And that the problem to be pc related and not a direct video studio problem.
You have to give a lot more info about your pc system and how you are capturing your video.
What version of Video Studio are you using?
How are you connecting your capture device.?
Is it a camera? What type?
Digital or analogue?
Tv tuner.?
If you are using firewire have you reinstalled the driver.
If a capture card, re-install the driver for the card.
Usb etc
