Saving multiple frames from clip

Is there a quick method to save a series of frames from a clip as still images without saving frame by frame?

I want to save a section of a clip as separate images, manipulate them outside of VS and put them back together again but I don't want to go to the trouble of saving each image one by one.

Any ideas?
