Good morning, everybody! Hope you all had a great weekend. A friend and I are working on a photo collage. She's got the expertise, and I told her what I want in it. I provide the ideas, and she executes them.
I told her I wanted her to use a certain font. She has the font in all of her programs, but for some reason it's not showing up in her photo program (Photo Impact 4). I have the same program, and it shows up in mine, so we can't figure out what's happening.
Is it possible she needs to check off something "behind the scenes?" Thanks!~Bountifully, Fuchsia

I do not know the Operating System you are using, but for most Microsoft programs, try the following.
Find the Folder named Fonts that should be at C:\windows\fonts.
Then find the name of the font that does not work.
Highlight the name of the font, and with the mouse left or right click once, and a menu should appear. If there is an Install New Font, click to install the font.
If there is not an Install New Font on the menu, then go to the Command Menu Bar, and click on File, then select Install New Font…
If this does not work, the PI4 installation is damaged, and there is a broken Registry Key. Reinstalling PI is usually the remedy.
There are no other settings to make a font work.
