Changing center of gravity lol (NOOB NEEDS HELP)

Hi there im a noob to COOL 3D and was wondering is there a way to change where the axis is so as to make a swinging object swing from say a loop in a chain instead of from say the center of the pendant that is hanging down below it ?

hopefully i can post a chain and pendant i have made previously so you can see what i mean as this is really getting annoying coz it just doesnt look right.



As you can see it is swinging but the center of the object is in the middle of the super mod sign and i was wondering if i batch the pendant and the loop is there a way to make the axis of the swing the loop itself so the pendant (super mod bit) can swing with it ?
