Please press [ctrl]-[alt]-[del] keys together on your keyboard.
Select the processes tab.

Press the [prtsc] key on your keyboard.
Open a Picture Editing program such as
Adobe Photoshop
Ulead PhotoImpact
Micosoft Paint.

Start a new image and then paste.
Save as a JPG and then place it on your website.
On this forum you then display this picture thus:

Code: Select all

[Img]http://yourhost.com/myimage.jpg[/Img]
We should then obtain from you a picture resembling this:

this will enable us to see the probable cause of your problem

Just done a quick search, and Sonic DLA is a Packet Writing Software

http://www.sonic.com/products/Consumer/DLA/

That is probably why Ulead can not access your DVD, Sonic has highjacked it. There should be a way to disable it..

I found this for disabling DLA

To disable Sonic's DLA:
"My Computer" -> right click on the DVD+RW device then choose
"Properties" -> on the "Drive Properties" screen, click on the DLA tab
-> remove the check mark from "Enable DLA on your drives" -> click "OK"
-> Reboot.

OK then try this>

[start] [run] services.msc

Look down the list and see if you can identify sonic dla.

Click the log on tab and then select disable.

Re-boot the computer.
Now see if it works.
