DVDMF5 Smartmenus

I currently use DVDMF3 and am trying out the DVDMF5 demo version. I really like the smartmenu that comes with the demo. My question is how customizable are these menus in the full version? Can you customize more than the just text? I couldn’t’ find any thing about this in the downloadable documentation.

The following is taken from the Help file that forms part of MovieFactory 5

SmartScene Menus uses both text and thumbnails. Hovering your mouse pointer over a chapter point text shows the thumbnail for that specific chapter. Selecting other text shows the corresponding chapter thumbnail. SmartScene Menus, however, cannot be customized.
