Careful when Buying MF3

I just bought the full download version from ULead for AUD$136.03

My VISA was charged 12x $136.03

So far I haven't got any answer from anyone except the mob that take the money, (Element 5) which after following there links on the order receipt, say "Your message was directed to an address that is no longer in use. Due to a high volume of various non-business related,
unsolicited messages, e-mails sent to discontinued addresses will no longer be reviewed by our customer service team."

Very interesting... isn't it.

Formalize your complaint to VISA (in writing, snail-mail with a copy of the Order-Confirmation)- they'll refund you immediately and start an inquiry at ULEAD or Element5. The latter have to proove (not you) whether you ordered 1 or 12 copies.

JUST AN UPDATE:

I finally got an email from Element5. They have recognised that they made a mistake and are going to refund the extra money taken out. I am happy now.
