Dear All,
I purchased VS9 some months ago and I am very happy with the product although I am not able to use it directly with my new JVC Everio camera. (I went through all topics in this forum about this particular issue & I hope that JVC will give the code to ULEAD!!!)
My problem today is maybe a simple one for some of you but very annoying for me! In my Theme template menu I have ONLY ONE template available... the Christmass one! I checked the folder C:\Program Files\Ulead Systems\Ulead Video Studio 9.0\Templates\ and it seems that all necessary files are there. I tried once more the smart download but again no luck!
Your help, much appreciated!

Hi Panos, and welcome to the forums..
It seems as though they were not installed.
I know you have downloaded a couple of times using the smart download. However you didn't say if you installed the content packs from the downloads? I never have used the option to execute upon download, or whatever it's called. Instead I manually go to each of the content pack files, and click on them to initiate the install.
I've had several problems when I first started using VS9, but working through them, it works well for me now. Once I managed to get a good download and installation of the content packs, I then burned those files onto a disc, so I don't have to re-download if my system or the program fails and I have to re-install. (I have had to do this a couple of times too..)
