Ulead customer service

Has anyone actually talked to a real person at Ulead on the West Coast of U.S? If , so, HOW ?
I ordered a CD "Getting Results with VideoStudio " and it arrived damaged. I have been trying to get it replaced since February and all I get through the customer service internet site or the phone number is a "circle jerk". There seems to be no one whom I can contact directly via phone or e-mail that will handle my request. Seems pretty simple to me. I went from Pinnacle to Ulead because of the lack of customer service. Looks like neither was a good choice.

Thanks for the contact info. Results already ! The author is sending me a replacement CD. He understands customer service!

Charlie is great -- I sent him e-mail late one evening and had a personal reply when I woke up the next morning.
