HOWTO: Capture Still ("Snapshot")?

I'm using MSP8 Trial version. (Will buy if can get past this point)

How do I capture a still frame as an image in the Video Editor? Everything I've found says to use:
File->Create->Video File
save it as Ulead Image Sequence and only save one frame.

I can't find a way to have it start any where other then the begaining of the timeline, and I can't figure out how to have it only save one frame.

Is there another way to do this? Or can anyone point me in the right direction?

I found my answer and wanted to post it if anyone else had the same question.

I searched, but didn't find this before I posted this question.

Go to the Preview Window and click in the Preview Window Menu icon (this is the one just before the last one on the bottom-right of the window);there you will find "Save Image To". Hope it will resolve your problem.

or open the file in the video capture utility, scrub to the frame you want, and click on the capture image button on the toolbar.
