I can't compress video to AVI using Xvid codec. I get corrupted file after a second pass.
I've tried video saved from DV-camera and also AVI files compressed by TSCC codec as a source.
I use XviD-1.2.-127-25022006 and Ulead Media Studio with MSP8_SP1_3in1_8.10.0038.0 installed
I tried to use DivX with the same files and program settings (resolution etc.), it works, but Xvid doesn't.
Problem with 2-pass encoding using Xvid

You might need to contact XviD developers for help, since DivX codec pack works.
