4570 error, help!!!!!

I created and burned a DVD after installing 2 patches recently and it worked really nicely. I tried to create a second one with different movie clips and I received the above error???
I captured video from a VCR through a DVD Express converter, which is where this program was included as software.
I have plenty of hardrive space where the working folder is and both the values for required disk space, both harddrive and disc space, are less than what I have available.

The CODEC used in the source video clip is not compatible with Ulead, you will need to convert it to another CODEC I think....
