how i can make my own frame to use with movie in video studi 9

In order to do this, we need to know what image editing applications you use, PhotoImpact, Photoshop, Paintshop Pro, Corel Draw/PhotoPaint? The steps would be somewhat different with each one.
However if you want a real quick simple frame, using VS9 try this:
With your image in the overlay track and selected, go to the Attribute Tab, then press Mask ChromaKey. Then the 2nd box down is for adding a Border. Just increase the size to around 3 or 4. You can also change the color, by pressing the box to the right. A color chart will pop-up where you can choose the color for your border...
Or do mean a Masked Frame ?
