can't install videostudio 10+

just purchased download version of videostudio 10 & can't install. Get following error:

The following files did not self-register or unregister:
1. c:\windows\downloaded program files\isusweb.dll
access is denied
to continue, click ok; otherwise, click cancel

Anyone seen something like this before? Suggestions on how to fix?

Please complete your system specifications on your profile page.
If you're using windows XP / Windows 2000 / Windows NT4 then you need to be loggd on as an Administrator to be able to install the program.

The file you mention is not part of Video Studio, but is in fact related to InstallShield. I think the message is telling you that this command in InstallShiled did not register properly. You will need to try registering it manual. On the Taskbar, select Start > Run. In the Open field, type regsvr32 "C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files\ ISUSWEB.DLL". Press Enter. If the file registers successfully, a message telling you this should appear on screen.
