I have created several DVDs using VideoStudio 7.
I am now trying to capture a few scenes from these DVDs to make another movie and my system only captures the video file. I can't seem to get it to capture the sound. I have confirmed that the DVD has sound.
I am using a Windows XP system and have the DVD loaded in my internal DVD drive. When I go to capture the clip, the clip properties indicate I have Dolby Stereo sound.
Any suggestions?

You might need to upgrade for Dolby Digital support. If I remember correctly, Ulead supports Dolby Digital Stereo since VS 8 by plug-in.
Now the latest VideoStudio 10 Plus supports Dolby Digital 5.1 audio natively. Also it includes a better DVD capture module.
