Then try the update packs I mentioned in my last post.

I remember if we have some drive simulation tools such as Alcohol 120% installed, the issue will happen when you are using DVDMF 3.5 or earlier and it's been fixed in DVDMF 4 with update packs. I'm not sure if it works in DVDMF 3.5 but you can give the update packs a try.

Hope this helps.

Sorry I did not describe it correctly.

Just try the update packs for DVDMF 3 and the CD/DVD Burning Pack.

Update Packs for DVDMF 3.x:
http://www.ulead.com/tech/dmf/dmf_ftp_dmf3.htm

CD/DVD Burning Pack:
http://www.ulead.com/tech/general/burning_patch.htm

For update packs for DVDMF 4, you can only try it if you have purchased DVDMF 4.

If you still cannot get the burner to work after installing those update packs, you can do some of the followings (or all of them).

1. Burn the DVD project to a ISO disk image file in the Burn step of DVDMF and use other burning software to burn the ISO file to disk.

Or,

2. Burn the DVD project to a DVD folder in hard disk and use other burning software to burn the DVD folder to disk.

Or,

3. Contact Ulead Tech Support in http://www.ulead.com/tech/techsupport.htm for your issue if you are a legal user.

Hope this helps.
