PhotoExpress won't start

I installed PhotoExpress 4 yesterday, but I can't get it to run. When I try to start it, a dialog box pops up labeled "Windows Installer" that says "Preparing to install", but nothing happens. I've reinstalled it 4 times, but it still won't start. Any ideas?

I read the referenced site, but could not find anything that addresses this problem. Can you give me a more specific place?

NEVER MIND. THE D_____D CAMERA STOPPED WORKING AFTER ONE DAY. MORE SEARS CRAP!
