I have a picture and would like to make the picture a few inches wider without distorting the focal point on the picture. I need to select a part of one edge and streatch it or duplicate it while leaving the majority of the picture untouched. I can not streatch the entire picture due to distorting the focal point and I can not proportionally increase the size of the picture because then the focal point gets too tall and I cant use it. If you have any idea, please email me at email2723@hotmail.com
Thanks,

What you are trying to do is not possible using Ulead and working with Raster Images. You cannot partially resize a Raster image while retaining the original size and placement of a selection within the image without changing the whole image. You can add Canvas and clone part of the image to that area. Use the Seemless Tile feature to smooth the image.
You could accomplish your task if the image were a Vector. There might be a plug-in that can accomplish the task, but I am not aware of one.
