I get two different results from the following two different methods when changing the length of a transition. In either case you must select the transition with the mouse before doing option 1 or 2.
1. When changing the length of a transition using the "duration" menu option, MSP 8 changes the length of Clip A (longer or shorter).
2. But if you change the length of a transition using the left arrow or right arrow keys MSP8 only changes the length of the transition and not the Clips.
I would hope that this is a bug, not a feature, and that option 2 should be the correct method.
Has anyone run into this issue?
Thanks
Dennis
MSP 8 - Changing Length of Transition
You are right. However, I think most people will use a visual method, especially when they see a little surprise that I believe will be here in a little less than a week!
