WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS SOFTWARE?

First, I wasted 3 dvds trying to burn a quicktime file, and the sound was 20 seconds behind the video.

Second, it decided it no longer wanted to recognize my video camera.

Third, it automatically converted 4:3 AVI files into fake letterbox, making everyone short and fat.

Fourth, although the preview before burn was correct, the completed dvd changed the clip titles from what I changed them to back to dmf-1002939 or whatever the arbitrary name was the captured file was given.

Fifth, it moved the buttons for chapters 1 and 2 below the buttons for 3 and 4, while leaving the arrows for 1 and 2 above 3 and 4, and when I navigate to chapter 1 or 2 all four buttons light up, and chapters 1 and 2 are inaccesible.

Tip to Ulead: Do not release software that has a countless number of bugs. What a piece of crap product.
