Load MPEG vio Driver Error

I running my Workshop2 on a HP xw8200 workstation with VelocityHD editing hardware and software (WindowXP). Also have MAIN Conept MPEG Encoder loaded. When I fire up Workshop it gives me an error "LOAD MPEG VIO DRIVER ERROR" "C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\ALL USERS\APPLICATION DATA\ULEAD SYSTEMS\ULEAD DVD WORKSHOP\2.0/DVDWS.INI"

I noticed there's a patch on ULEAD website for a fix for Window 98/ME...not XP.

The program will load but, you cannot load MPEG files.

Also, the path in the error message, does not exist on my computer. Any help?

You need to install DVD WorkShop after you install MainConcept MPEG Encoder. Do a clean reinstall as http://phpbb.ulead.com.tw/EN/viewtopic. ... 5544#55544 described might help.

I suspect the problem is somehow caused by the windows PATH Statement
and the fix that was given to me by Ulead at that time worked.

Thanks guys, but neither solution seems to work. Any other ideas?
